In order to sign up for the run you must complete the form below. The run is currently only open to football clubs in Limerick and Clare with our aim being that two members from each club will take part in the run and raise sponsorship in aid of Milford Hospice and Cahercalla Community Hospital and Hospice.
Club secretaries are asked to complete the form below entering the details of the two club members who are to take part in the run.
UPDATE Because of the very poor response from the soccer clubs we have now decided to allow participants who will take a sponsorship card to run in the 10k - the run is to now take place on Sunday the 7th of June
If you would like to take part in the run you can sign up on the day for €15
If there is only person taking part or you are entering your own details below please just enter the details of the first person along with your club details.

Once your details have been sent through we will send out sponsorship cards and further details on the run. |
